Scott Phelan Steals Air Conditioner In Northbridge A Year After Being Released For Burning Down Missing Worcester Woman’s House To Destroy Evidence
Air conditioners aren’t cheap, and they go fast during heat waves, but this gentleman in Northbridge decided he was going to stay cool for free. 
Allow us to assist on this one NPD. His name is Scott Phelan, and as you can see from his face and stylist, he is clearly from Worcester.
Guaranteed he still gives daps, greets everyone he knows with “wud up yo,” and buys Webster shwagg because it’s cost efficient for rolling blunts.
This wouldn’t be his first run in with the law either. On New Years Day 2015 he burned down missing woman Sabrina Hathaway’s house on orders from her boyfriend Kevin Crozier, who likely killed her.

Crozier has shown no remorse, is still incarcerated, and has gotten in trouble for doing Facebook live appearances from jail.
For his role in burning Sabrina Hathaway’s house down in order to destroy evidence that could likely lead to the arrest of Kevin Crozier for murder, Scott Phelan served two years in prison and got out in 2018.
He vowed that he was a changed man upon his release.
But the problem is that without Kevin Crozier around to pay him to burn down homes he’s a little strapped for cash. Plan A was to sell Jordan’s on Facebook.
But profit margins were thin, and rather than getting a job and paying for an air conditioner, he elected to walk into a store and wheel one out instead. Because stores don’t have cameras, and he’s totally not an easily identifiable, well known scumbag.
